Emma's 2nd Birthday

We celebrated Emma's 2nd birthday while in Colorado. The week prior to vacation, I had taken her to Party City and let her pick out which theme she wanted. Since it was just a small family party, we only needed a few things, but I wanted her to know it was still a special occasion. She picked Elmo and Sesame Street (of course!), so we got plates, napkins, party hats, and table decorations. We bought a cake from the local supermarket bakery, and I decorated it. She opened presents from Abby, Baba and Meemaw, and my aunts. Grandpa and Grandma Hanschen took the kids to Toys R Us a couple days later to get them birthday presents. I think Emma enjoyed her birthday. She kept telling people "Happy Birthday, Emma" - so adorable!
